COSTS - There are no costs to use the website - IT’S ABSOLUTELY FREE!
SUBMITTING A JOB - Please submit as much information as possible about your job, the more information the better as this
will allow the tradesman to better evaluate the work needed.
QUOTES - We will endeavour to find professional and trusted tradesmen within a few hours of you submitting your job to the
site. The administration process happens fairly quickly between 8.00am to 9.00pm, but any jobs submitted outside these
hours may take a little longer.
FEEDBACK - Your feedback is not only important to the tradesman but also to us, let us know about the service you received
from the tradesman who carried out the works. We want you to have a good experience so you return to us again, please let
us know if you are happy with the site - we welcome any suggestions which will help us improve our services.

TRADESMEN
COSTS - Membership is FREE! We want you to succeed so we have kept are ‘Quote Fees’ to a minimum.
JOB NOTIFICATIONS - We will notify you by email of any new jobs that we think may be of interest to you.
CUSTOMER CONTACT - Simply click the ‘Quote Me’ button at the bottom of the job details that you are interested in and we
will email you the customer’s contact details.
PAYMENTS - Payments are made via paypal, if you don’t have a paypal account you can pay by debit/credit card.
FEEDBACK - We want you to have a good ‘Quote Me’ experience so let us know if you are happy with the site - we welcome
any suggestions you may have to help us improve our services.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION - Please give us 7 days notice in writing via email confirming that you wish to cancel your
membership. All payment and contact information will be then be destroyed so if you wish to return to us you will have to go
through the registration process again.
